Stoneware Cooking Tip

Stoneware has the amazing ability to go from freezer, to oven, to table. It’s a beautiful way to cook and present your cooking masterpieces. But there are a few things you need to keep in mind. If exposed to extreme temperatures differences, stoneware has a tendency to crack. To prevent thermal shock, give your stoneware time to warm up and thaw in the refrigerator before transferring it to the oven. Conversely, give the stoneware time to cool down before placing it in either the refrigerator or the freezer.
