What am I doing? I had a 4 day weekend and loved every minute of it. Made a Strawberry, Blueberry Cobbler; Mushroom Swiss Burgers; Ribs in a sweet smothering sauce & a Shrimp Scampi with Spinach over pasta. I even finished staining a game table.
Gratitude: Thankful for the downtime. The time to get my creative juices flowing once again.
