Peaches and Cream Cake

This recipe came from a friend, Lori Kirkpatrick. She has the best recipes. I always looked forward to special occasions when she would bring a dish to work. Thanks Lori, we are still enjoying your desserts.

1 box Yellow Cake Mix
1 box Vanilla Pudding (or use 1 cake mix with pudding and omit pudding)
1 cup water
4 eggs
1/3 cup oil

Combine and pour into a 9 x13 pan, spraying the bottom with Pam.

16 oz can of peaches in it's own juice (halves or sliced)
Drain but save the juice
Pour peaches on top of batter

1/4 cup peach juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 pkg 8 oz. softened cream cheese

Combine and pour over batter
Bake at 350 for 45 - 50 minutes.

Note: Dice up fresh peaches fold into cool whip and serve as a topping

Yum
