My Favorite Posts This Week #38

Welcome friends, Thanksgiving is right around the corner; time to start planning so you are not so overwhelmed and can enjoy the day.
These are my picks for the week.

Don't forget to come back each Tuesday for my new favorites.

Clean Mama shares 5 things to help simplify Thanksgiving Day. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

“What exactly is Confetti Chicken Casserole?!” It’s essentially just a veggie forward chicken casserole, and it received the name “confetti” because, well, look at it! It’s loaded with tons of brightly colored veggies (think: red onion, red bell pepper, corn kernels, and kale). Not only does this casserole look beautiful, but the flavors of this casserole are really wonderful and bring a real Southwestern flair to the table!

I'm loving the music.

The delicious combination of pumpkin and cream cheese make these simple cookies taste amazing! But what I love most about this recipe is how easy it is to prepare.

Cooking a whole beef tenderloin may seem overwhelming but we are here to show you that it’s actually very simple. It is a very pricey cut of meat so it’s something you want to get right. This method of preparing tenderloin seasons the beef, sears it, then roasts it at high heat for 15-20 minutes. It’s left to rest then sliced and served.

Have a wonderful week, see you next Tuesday.

blessings,
